DP1 “Zwerver III” – PLGR – De-trenching ops – OoS cable recovery at Borkum Riffgrund OWF!

Our Multi Purpose DP-1 support vessel “Zwerver III” finished Out of Service cable recovery and PLGR ops at Norther OWF in Belgium, and went straight to Borkum Riffgrund OWF in Germany.

The vessel carried out similar operations as on Norther OWF earlier in March 2018, which included De-trenching operations, Out of Service Cable recovery and PLGR operations. (more…)

Our Multi Purpose DP-1 support vessel “Zwerver III” started after a short maintenance period of 14 days, a new project at Norther OWF in Belgium.

The vessel was mobilized with a multifunctional spread which included large De-trenching grapnel equipment, large spooler winch for Out of Service Cable recovery and a hydraulic grab system. (more…)

After a term of 14 months, our DP-2 “Zwerver II” has finished it’s trenching operations in Indian waters.

The vessel has shown her capacity in India.

The scope of work was Anchor handling, Survey, Touchdown monitoring, ROV Trenching of pipelines, Towing and handling of pipe cargo barges, Beachpull cable installation and so on.

Many DP-2 operations have been carried out in Shallow waters as well as Deep waters.

Our Multi Purpose DP-1 support vessel “Zwerver III” finished the UXO investigation campaign on Aberdeen OWF in U.K. waters.

After this project the vessel left Aberdeen for Zeebrugge in Belgium, to start working on Norther OWF.

The vessel, equipped with a workclass ROV and MBES survey equipment, carried out the UXO investigations on the export cable route. (more…)

Our Multi Purpose DP-1 support vessel “Zwerver III” continued straight after finishing Hornsea-1 OWF UXO investigation campaign, a similar campaign on Aberdeen OWF in U.K. waters.

The vessel, equipped with a workclass ROV, investigated the windfarm area as well as the export cable routes.

Boskalis Hirdes GmbH was the charterer of the vessel.
