UXO identification / Removal

The vessels of Van Stee Offshore are very well suitable for UXO identification and removal campaigns in shallow- and deeper waters. There is sufficient deckspace for the installation of (W)ROV systems which includes control containers/workshops and eventual additional electrical power sources (if required).

All the vessels are able to maintain position with DP or by means of 4-point mooring.

The (W)ROV systems can be including LARS or of the “free-flying” type. The cranes are able to handle the (W)ROV in varying positions. Van Stee Offshore is able to assist in arranging these systems as well as the engineering of the deck-layout.

In the moonpool, MBES or other survey equipment can be installed as well as USBL/HIPAP systems.

The vessels have sufficient accommodation for the additional crew of charterers.
